This new feature of Denbigh Administration v8.5 produces a list summarised by period, of all the teachers who teach a given academic year. The information covers one whole timetable cycle.

For example, if year 12 students are sitting exams, or on an excursion, you can select Year 12 and it will give a list of all teaching periods throughout the day and the teachers who would be teaching Yr 12 classes in those periods. This will easily enable whichever staff member timetables ‘in-lieu-of’s’ to select available teachers.
