Denbigh Administration v8.5 allows you to see a snap-shot of a student’s academic achievement over their life at the school.

Choose a student, select the Academic Record tab. Two tabs allow you to view an overall position in the yeargroup for each reporting period, or the results for each subject in each reporting period during the life of the student in the school.

As shown in the screenshot, Denbigh Admin ‘tracks’ the student from the time they enter the school. It shows you the Reporting Period, Year, mark out of 500 for the student’s top 5 Subjects, position in Year and Quartile Rank.

Subject results can either be selected by all subjects or by specific subjects by using the Filter by: eg, English. This page shows you the Exam Mark, Exam Rank, Course Mark and Course Rank. The actual fields displayed can be modified to suit each school's reporting style.
