Email has become a fully integrated function throughout
Denbigh Administration v8.5. Email may be sent to any groups or members
of the school community. Eg, email may be sent to the teachers of
a specific student by simply navigating to the classes tab and clicking
the email button. This will gather the email addresses of all the
teachers who teach that student, then prompt you to enter the email
text to the selected recipients.

Denbigh Admin may be configured to target any arbitrary, or preset
group of recipients. If you need to email the pastoral care team as
soon as a student is absent for a given number of consecutive days,
we can customise the system to achieve this.
