A new Human Resources module has been added to staff
details and will record information in three areas: Qualifications,
Professional Development and Staff Appraisals.
Qualifications
Every qualification earned by a teacher can be recorded in this area,
complete with scanned-in original documents including which educational
institution awarded the qualification.
Professional Development Every professional development course a teacher
attends can be recorded here, including course description, location,
costs and notes. Course material can be scanned in. If the professional
development course is on-going e.g., O H & S training or First Aid
renewal, they may be set up as a permanent PD Course, with the relevant
information added as it occurs.
Appraisals
Performance Reviews. Heads of Department/Faculty can utilise this area
to review and appraise their staff members. The Director of Development
(or Human Resource person) can then further evaluate before reporting
to the Headmaster or Principal.
The Human
Resource Module of the new Denbigh Admin system is very secure, assuring
limited access of confidential information.
