A process that used to take a lengthy time in earlier versions is now instantaneous in Denbigh Administration v8.5. It allows you to generate or re-generate a student or staff timetable and highlight clashes in red at the speed of a single click.

This instant process now makes it ideal for helping to schedule peripatetic music lessons for example.

 

Another bonus feature is the ability for staff to subscribe to their timetable and have their classes appear in calendaring software that supports the iCalendar specification - Apple's iCal, Outlook 2007 (Windows XP/Vista) and Windows Calendar (Vista).

The calendaring software will then get any updates for users automatically. It's up-to-the-minute information that's always as up to date as the database is!
